Return Policy

Sticky Keys accepts returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition unless they arrive defective. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase. Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
